REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS
No cancellations are accepted unless the following conditions.
- Book is defective.
- Received the parcel in bad condition.
- Received a different book from what you have ordered.
We shall initiate the refund only after receiving the book from you. We either offer you an e-gift voucher for the cancelled amount or we shall be refunding the amount back to you within 4-7 working days through India Post Money Order.
RETURN POLICY
Under the conditions aforementioned, please return the books without any hesitation to us in a proper package. Kindly enclose a note stating the reason for the returns. Also state your order number and send it to us via a trusted courier or India Post. As soon as we receive the books, we will send you a fresh replacement or refund the amount whichever is applicable.
Return of any defective / damaged books should be done within 7 days from the date of the receipt of the shipment to our working office:

The return courier charges incurred by you will be refunded by us. The maximum postage refund amount we can credit is ₹100. Hence, please choose the right courier service for returning the books. In case, the return courier amount is more than ₹100, kindly call our customer care support or drop us an e-mail stating the same and we shall advise you through which courier service you can return the products.
